Come join us for fitness and fun!  The staff at SBNW will be leading a walking group for all different levels!!  Come hit the pavement and enjoy the outdoors!  We will meet every Thursday night from 5:30-6:15pm at the Falls Park in Post Falls.  Maps to the area are easily accessible on Google.

Our first group will be April 30th.  Athletic shoes and socks are required!  All patients of SBNW will receive a 10% discount on a custom fitting and athletic shoes purchase at Fleet Feet in Coeur d' Alene!  See our staff for your coupon!
