With the warm weather finally upon us, we are happy to launch the SBNW Weekly Walking Group! Starting April 30, SBNW staff will be leading a walking group every Thursday from 5:30-6:15pm at the Falls Park in Post Falls! This group will be for ALL DIFFERENT LEVELS!! Come hit the pavement and enjoy the outdoors!

Athletic shoes and socks are required! Don't want any early season blisters!!

If you are in need of a good pair of athletic shoes, SBNW has teamed up with Fleet Feet in Coeur d' Alene. Any SBNW patient will receive a 10% discount on a custom fitting and pair of athletic shoes. Fleet Feet will take the time to measure you properly and find you the perfect pair of shoes!

The walking group got off to a great start, but unfortunately no one has been showing up lately. I have decided to cancel our Thursday night walks until more interest is shown.
